Treat yourself to a relaxing, destressing, pampering break with a range of around fifteen wonderful treatments and classes to choose from. You can do as much or as little as you like! Each weekend consists of two nights full board with delicious and plentiful vegetarian cuisine and your choice of three complementary classes or treatments as listed below. There will also be a special health or activity workshop on offer each weekend.

Accommodation is at the Oxon Hoath. Built in 1372 as a stately home and opened in 1999 as a Retreat, Oxon Hoath is dedicated to special weekend breaks. Oxon Hoath has 28 bedrooms, accommodating up to 50 people in total. Most rooms retain the original mansion proportions and have ensuite facilities. Those without have a bathroom close by. All rooms are centrally heated, simple and comfortable.
