You can each choose one of the following treatments: Relax Massage in Chromo Therapy - 25 mins - Chromo therapy has been shown to alter ones emotional state. This is the use of colored lighting to create a mood or emotional state.

Chromo therapy water massage - 25 mins

Relaxing massage in Aromatherapy - 25 mins - The use of volatile plant oils, including essential oils, for psychological and physical well-being.

Plantar reflexology foot massage - 25 mins - We can find the details of the body in miniature on the foot.. The organs on the right half are found on the right foot and the left half on the left foot. The head, the neck and the cervix are located on the big and little toes. Reflexology is used as a preventive method for preserving health and wellbeing.
