This cookery school is housed in the hotel grounds and features a very well equipped kitchen featuring top of the range appliances including Fuji Knives, Le Creuset and an Aga. There is a four acre walled garden behind the hotel, planted with fruit, vegetables and herbs, which provides fresh ingredients for the hotel and cookery school kitchens.
The course is run by the hotel’s head chef, Simon Crannage who will demonstrate a variety of techniques and recipes to allow students to build up a wide range of skills.
