Former Laurence Olivier Award nominee Michael Brandon is set to return to the London stage when he stars in Wet Weather Cove, fans of theatre breaks have been told.
Running at London's King's Head Theatre, the comedy play runs from January 20th to February 21st.
Oliver Cotton's debut play tells the story of a US actor who is trapped in a leaking trailer with his British colleague while they are delayed from filming a movie by torrential rain.
The two thespians play out comical scenes as they battle to see who has the greatest status, ego and national identity.
Brandon is joined by Steve Furst, who has been a regular in Little Britain, in a production which is directed by Kate Fahy.
Running between February 2nd and 6th, the King's Head Theatre will be showing A Flash of Light, which features two new short plays, Eclipsed and Two Tales, for fans of the best in theatre breaks.
