Fresh Weekends is part of the Days of Your Life Group, who have been trading in activity gifts and experiences for over ten years.
Our other brands can be seen in major high street retailers, but we wanted to make sure our customers could enjoy more than just a day of fun, which is why we have developed this range of activity breaks and weekends so the enjoyment can last for as long as you want.
Our Health and Safety procedures are second-to-none and the background of some of our Directors in the travel business has ensured that this aspect of our business has a very high priority.
Similarly, quality is high on our list and we have a rigorous process of quality management and “mystery shopping” to ensure that our customers get the best value for their money.
We also believe that the customer should be able to speak with a human being in order to book their Fresh weekend and so our call centre is open 6 days a week; on the other hand if customers are quite happy with transacting on the web then this site enables them to complete a booking without any telephone conversations.
We hope you like the look of what you see on Freshweekends.com and if you don’t have time to go on one of our breaks this time, come back later when you will see all sorts of other exciting things to do.
